Reminder: Time to vote for MLS team name

We at H&F are officially sanctioning the traditional “Seattle Sounders”.
Two points:
(1) It’s important that you enter that exactly, as the organization has intimated that any deviation will be counted separately. (One of those, “We want you to feel like you have input, but you don’t” moves.)*
(2) There are minor hoops to jump through. They make you register and enter an email address to which they will then send a link to where you can vote.
Fun fact: My parents took me to a Sounders game as my first ever sporting event.

I would also like to say my vote for Seattle Reign has been cast.
I also have been to perhaps 15 (or so) Sounders games in my lifetime – I associate the experience with the heyday of the adidas Samba classic sneaker, and the poofy adidas coat. But If the name can’t be trademarked (for whatever reason) choosing the Sounders as a name is clearly a bad idea. To get ahead in this Business ya gotta think like Clay Bennett and pursue that tanking USD with reckless abandon.
Personally, I am more worried about the colors than the name – are they gonna go with the teal, aqua, and silver/white thing again? Seattle seems to love this scheme. I would prefer a brown and tan, brown and orange, or brown and green color combo. Earth tones. The Kits should be made out of 60% post-consumer materials. I bet that the city-council could pass a law mandating this in a snap. Make your voices heard people!
I’m supporting a vertical-striped kit, preferably white and forest green jerseys with solid color shorts and socks away, and all white at home.
(or the other way around – I can never remember.)
