You don’t have to guess how I feel about Les Miles. I hate him even though his barbs were likely just an effort to appear like a good ol’ boy to his boosters. SEC arrogance typified, similar to Nick Saban’s invocation of questionable regional slang. Down south they like you with swagger and a nuanced disregard for northern mores. (We don’t have racism because we say we don’t!)
Junior Jake Locker at home vs. the Bayou Bengals. A return trip to Death Valley with Jake Heaps in 2012. As an eternal UW optimist I applaud the scheduling. LSU is only going down as the last vestiges of Saban’s recruiting move on to the NFL. Perriloux, derived from peril, is Cajun for “the beginning of the end”.
Honestly though LSU has to feel wonderful about the scheduling as well. They get off the ever-present “SEC teams never play anyone outside of their region” hook by challenging what they can reasonably expect to be an undermanned Washington squad.
I can’t wait to tell our friends from Red Stick to geaux f themselves.

Coon-ass is Louisiana slang for a cajun, that only raises the eyebrows of people who are (a) insufferably PC, or (b) don’t know what it means. Oh, and “we don’t have racism because we say we don’t” probably applies more to the north (we’ll call you by a politically correct term… just don’t ask me to hire you!).
I understand the idea behind scheduling quality non-conference games, but I’d also like to see us finish above .500 sometime.
