There’s nothing quite like the Summer Olympics to bring out the shadenfreude in all of us. It’s the only time where I will watch hours of gymnastics, just hoping for that one tiny slip-up. Four years of training right down the drain. Here is a montage to get in the right mindset:

Coaches Poll: Washington not listed

College football season is getting closer.  the USA today coaches poll came out today.  Of note, UW will start it’s season with #20 Oregon, then play #17 BYU, before week’s game against #4 Oklahoma (I again offer to have words with anyone who argues that a tough schedule doesn’t matter).

FSU didn’t make the top 25, but that’s ok.  They are in the top 10 on a few other lists.
