When things get this low I’m not above cheering for someone else’s failure.  And the firing of Ty, along with the Aubrey McClendon margin call, are the two highlights of the 2008 Seattle sports year.

    When it’s summertime and you are worth $2B, it’s nice to live your childhood dreams of owning a basketball team and building a 66′ tall pop bottle roadside attraction (http://www.roadsideamerica.com/news/16081).

    Of course once those fall leaves start to drop and you have only about a $40million stake left in the $10billion company you founded, your stupid oversized pop bottle and shitty basketball team just look stupid.

    I still have a bottle of Cristal(ino) in my fridge from last new year’s – I guess I’m just waiting for a special occasion to open it.
