Constable Echelon

Quincy Artemis Echelon (or simply, Quartz) rose to the rank of Constable precisely at the turn of the millennium in Rapadelphia, USA. The particular timing of this appointment was related to a millennial grant that provided for additional riot police force in the event of any Y2K panic.

A confusion as to whether the new members of the force were to quell riots or police the lack of riots into riots led to the young Constable being quickly removed from his position a scant 11 minutes into his law enforcement career. 5 died.

Luckily for our Constable the police union had a strong contract that allowed him to keep his title and provided him with a full pension in spite of his meager service time. Unluckily for our Constable he found the bottle.

It got fuzzy for a while there. All he’s sure of is that UW won a Rose Bowl and some planes hit some buildings. Somewhere along the line he found the internet and has been dispensing malt liquor soaked ramblings on whatever sports and entertainment float through his sphere of being ever since.
